Case Story - Dealing with a Stained Rug

One time a client called us to seek our help for cleaning his Persian rug which had become quite stained over time. The client was quite vague about the types of stains but kept on saying that the rug had become quite dirty and required immediate attention.

Since our team had no idea regarding the stains that would be dealing with, they gathered all of the supplies that would be required for a thorough rug cleaning. Our team reached the address of the client in about half an hour’s time. The rug had all kinds of stains on it, and was looking in quite bad shape. There was a lot of dust on the rug as well, which suggested heavy use. Our team learned from the client that the rug hadn’t been cleaned before and had been in use for over a year or so.

Having realized that job of cleaning the dirty rug they had on their hands was a difficult one, our experts decided to approach it in a systemic manner. They first decided that the rug had quite a lot of dust on it which needed to be removed before the stains on the rug were dealt with. One stain was recognized as red wine – and this was the newest one, apparently from the night before. The customer confirmed, but we calmed him. It sure took a while, but after we thoroughly dried the carpet, it looked just like new. Even we were a bit taken by this "before and after" make-over, and client was really pleased.
